Design Proofs: All custom and team spirit wear orders require written (email) approval of a design proof before production begins. Please review proofs carefully - On a Whim is not responsible for spelling, sizing, or color errors approved by the customer.
Minimum Order Quantities: Team and school bulk orders may have a minimum quantity of [X units] per design. Contact us for current minimums and bulk pricing.
Payment Terms: A [50%] deposit is required to begin production on custom/team orders, with the remaining balance due before shipment or pickup.
Production Time: Standard production time is [2-3] weeks from proof approval, depending on order size and season. Rush production may be available for an additional fee - ask us for availability.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before proof approval. Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable.
Sizing: Customers are responsible for confirming sizing before production. We're happy to provide a size chart and recommend ordering a sample size run for larger group orders.
Trademarks & School Logos: Designs using official school names, mascots, or logos require proper licensing/approval from the school or district. Ask us for details on a specific design.
